just delicious! I tossed the veggies with olive oil, salt and pepper and roasted them rather than saute. It made a huge difference. It gave so much more flavor. Added onions also.... The glaze is great!

This was good. Not great. Don't. Be thinking you are going to get that comfort food style meatloaf. You're not going to fool anyone....seriously, it's ground turkey.

y'all, this meatloaf is killer. i neglected telling my husband that it was turkey, and he still said it was the best meatloaf EVER. so delicious.

i only made a couple, very minor changes... i couldn't find 90% lean turkey, so i used 1 lb. 93% and 1/2 lb. 85%. i also forgot the red pepper flakes with the vegetables. i'll try to remember next time, but i don't think it made a huge difference. mine was perfectly cooked at 1 hour, 15 minutes in texas.

This meatloaf was delicious! Will easily be one of my new favorites. It is loaded with flavor, and feels so light! Good for Spring or colder month weeknight meal! Enjoy!

Really good! The turkey comes out great and having additional veggies is a great bonus. For a healthier version it has all the favors and yumminess of a comfort classic

This is a great recipe. The only change I made was to use 1/2 a red and 1/2 a yellow bell pepper since using the whole thing of each seemed like too much. I would make extra glaze next time since it was so delicious. I served it with a sweet potato and cauliflower mash.

Loved this... I was searching for a recipe that used balsamic because I got a bottle of aged balsamic that I was excited to use. I am not the biggest fan of ground turkey, so I made this with ground round. I added the onions like others suggested, too... It was just so good. The one other thing I did was made a slightly bigger batch (2 pounds of ground round and I formed the loaves on a sheet pan, so there could be more of the glaze on the outside. Just so good...

This recipe has become my favorite and the one I usually cook for new (casual guests. I looooove it. I usually put more herbs and chili flakes and less ketchup and panko. Its good exactly the way its written, but I just adjust it to the way my family likes best.
