This is simply FANTASTIC! My husband and son were crazy over it and ground turkey would normally not be their first choice. The balsamic glaze is a finishing tough that is "key" to this recipe....do not skip it or change it!

Delicious. I used one yellow bell pepper, a large carrot and 1/2 an onion. Turned out great!

Make this often and absolutely love it! I don't really care for plain old meatloaf, but this is so delicious.

It was okay, but we didn't love the glaze and found the middle to be a little mushy. Maybe we're just not big balsamic fans. The search for healthy meatloaf continues!

I cook a lot - it was OK, not great. I think that having a yellow and red pepper in it were too much aftertaste for me. I make it again and I'll have just one pepper and an onion. I added xtra spices because we like it with a kick. There was too much to fit in my loaf pan so I made it flatter on a half pan - I also think it cooks more evenly.

I made this for the first time last night and WOW! My husband & I went nuts. I will never go back to my old recipe. The only thing I changed was waiting until there was 30 left to add the balsamic glaze so it would burn the top. It came out glistening and gorgeous. I used one red bell pepper and 2 red cherry peppers and the onion, I wanted to more heat so nixed the yellow pepper. Highly recommend this!!!!

This is the best meatloaf I have ever made or eaten! I used green pepper and onion instead of the yellow and red pepper. And I was out of red chili flakes so I substituted cayenne. It turned out awesome. This new found wonderful meatloaf will be on our menu at least a couple times a month from now on!

not good. I will not be making this recipe again. the consistency was very mushy and the flavors didn't go great together. a lot of effort went into this dish and people in my family only took samples. waste of time, waste of food, waste of money. I felt like I missed a step or two.

I used venison instead of ground turkey. Flavor was really fantastic. I loved the use of balsamic vinegar instead of the more expected worcestershire. My son, who "really doesn't care for meatloaf" ate about half the pan by himself, so I would consider this a home run. This will be my go-to meatloaf recipe from now on. It was so easy to put together too. I didn't have a loaf pan, but I used a glass baking dish not much larger than the size of my formed loaf, and did not have a problem with the glaze burning in the pan. I did think it was a little strange that there wasn't any onion; I may add that next time.
