Loved it, loved it, loved it. I was cooking at midnight and my husband literally woke up from sleep and I thought he would be mad for my noise but he said "what is it you're cooking that smells sooo good?, I want some". So I gave him some and he finished half of what I cooked. WIll always include this in my monthly food cycle. It is not only delicious but healthy as well. I will share the recipe, the chef ino and this site to my fb friends.

Great Healthy Meatloaf recipe! I was skeptical about the glaze, but it was really good for something so simple.

I LOVED IT!!! The only changes I made were the amount of turkey and balsamic ratio. I was too cheap to buy the extra 1/2 lb so I made everything the same but used only 1 lb of turkey. Therefore, for me I think I over did the balsamic...it was strong. I also added extra pepper flakes, I like a lot of spice. My first real recipe! I'm a bachelor, so I usually make quick and easy meals. This was my first dinner that required prep work and baking time. I made this into 4 servings, so I had three to freeze for later. Great Job Bobby Flay!

UNBELIEVABLE RECIPE! We tried this out a few weeks ago and we're making it for the second time tonight for dinner. Follow the recipe to the "T" and get ready for the best meatloaf you've ever eaten! What a great healthy meal to "sneak" on get togethers too. Bobby outdid himself on this one. I'm sitting here smelling the yumminess in the oven as I type! Great for leftovers too!

I'm only giving this a 4 because my glaze got burned and my hubby did not like this at all.. neither did my kids. I thought it had great flavor but hubby said that it had too much going on with the flavor. I will probably not make this again.

this is my go-to meatloaf recipe. super easy and lots of flavor. i've always followed the recipe exactly, but i think i might switch up the veggies to see what else i can come up with. it is a softer meatloaf, but that's because it uses turkey in place of more traditional beef . highly recommend it.

Great flavors, the balsamic glaze really takes this dish over the top! Served it with some garlic & thyme grilled baby Yukon gold potatoes. Everyone wanted seconds.

This recipe is fantastic and foolproof. It is so moist, flavorful, and healthy! A friend made it for a dinner pot luck and I immediately wanted it for my own.

OH. MY. GOD. This was by far the best meatloaf I have ever had. This was my 1st time making meatloaf myself and I was beyond surprised to how it came out. As I love experimenting with recipes and putting my own spin on them I used some green peppers, zucchini, mushrooms, onion, and eggplant for the veggies and used some additional spices such as basil and cayenne pepper. I then used the extra cut up veggies and placed them around the meatloaf in the baking dish and OMG the flavors were just explosive. The juices from the veggies, the BV, & EVOO just created such a juicy cut of meatloaf that was literally bursting with so many different elements of flavor. I can't wait to eat the leftovers for lunch tomorrow...it was that good!

Taste is 5 stars. Texture is 4 stars. I agree that it's a bit softer than traditional loaf.
