I use several different meatloaf recipes and I will keep this one also. Although the meatloaf itself was good I will play with the recipe a bit. I know several people commented that the glaze was the best, but for me I just thought it made a mess of my pan and wasn't really THAT great.

Yum! Yum! Yum!!!! I modified it some as my husband doesn't care for bell peppers. I substituted mushrooms, grated carrots and onions. I did add one seeded and diced jalapeno for spice. I sauteed each of the vegetables individually and only added the garlic to the mushrooms and the carrots. I could only find 93% lean turkey, so I soaked my panko in 2% milk prior to mixing to add moisture. I doubled the batch and so happy I did!!! Way to go Bobby! Thank You for your recipies and dedication to us foodies!!! You do such a great job!! Will definitely make it again!!! There were no serving suggestions....I made mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli. Was a HIT!!!

This is FULL of flavor! I did make a few mods - only 1 pepper, 3 garlic cloves, added an onion, and went heavy on the red pepper flake. I shaped the loaf and baked it in a larger dish so all sides were exposed. I probably would not do this again as the glaze that came off really burned in the pan. I would use the loaf pan as recommended. Even DH thought it was good and he normally prefers only beef. I'll definitely make this again..

This recipe didn't work for my family. Glaze coating was tasty but the inner meatloaf was not very flavorful. Quite disappointed especially given the rave reviews. Maybe I did something wrong.

I don't really ever review things but after trying this for the first time a few months ago it has gone into our regular rotation and every time it is still absolutely delicious. I use ground turkey and always add onion and more than the asked amounts for the peppers and zucchini, so mine takes closer to 2 hours to cook which is torture having to wait so long for what we all know will be amazing!
