There are many raving fans about this turkey meatloaf and I am one also!! It was so delicious and moist. My husband is picky and he loved it. I am looking forward to my left over sandwiches.

This is the best meatloaf - turkey or traditional - that I've made! It is moist, falvorful, and has great texture. Sandwiches on the "day after" are terrific too!

This is one of my favorite meatloaf recipes! Takes a little time to chop and saute so I usually prep the veggies the night before. Love the glaze, too.

I LEARNED TO COOK BY WATCHING AND HELPING MY MOTHER AND GRANDMOTHER. BOTH WERE EXCELLENT HOME COOKS AND ALWAYS RECEIVED RAVE REVIEWS FROM THEIR FAMILY AND GUESTS. THEY MADE DELICIOUS MEATLOAF, BUT NOT NEARLY AS WONDERFUL AS BOBBY'S BALSAMIC GLAZED RECIPE. I ADDED A DICED RED ONION AND 2 CLOVES OF GARLIC TO THE SAUTE MIX. IT JUST PROVIDED ANOTHER LAYER AND DEPTH OF FLAVOR. THE MEAT WAS MOIST AND JUICEY. THE GLAZE PROVIDES A UNIQUE, TANGY, HOT AND SWEET COMBINATION THAT I LOVE. I NOW PREPARE A DOUBLE RECIPE, PRESLICE INTO PORTIONS AND FREEZE. GREAT MEAL TO COME HOME TO AFTER A BUSY WORK DAY. THANKS BOBBY!

I thought it would be healthy because it is made with turkey, but I was so surprised that it was so moist and delicious. I just couldn't stop eating it. I used a little Asian hot sauce instead of the red pepper flakes, and Italian bread crumbs. But I thinhk the thing that made it taste so good was the Parmesean cheese. The kids will never even notice there are vegetables in the dish. So go ahead make it tonight!

I've made this 3 times in the last 2 weeks. My only change is using mozzarella cheese instead of Romano or Parmesan. The meatloaf is incredibly tasty. Good job!

This is one of the better meatloaves I have run across! My family went nuts over it and they didn't even know it was turkey! I did make one modification by adding one finely diced medium onion, which always complements the bell peppers. This one will become a regular at our house!

This is GREAT meat loaf! I would definitely recommend giving it a try. It is lighter than a typical meat loaf and is packed with flavor.

I made the vegetable meatloaf last night and it is now one of my new favorites. It had so much flavor and the texture was great! It stayed nice and moist. I thought that the balsamic glaze was going to taste weird but it was so good. There was so much flavor that my boyfriend didn't even realize he was eating turkey instead of beef. It was a great way to sneak in vegetables too.

I will definitley be making this again!

I found this receipe in my new "Food Network Magazine".... I read the ingredients to my husband, who groaned.... I made it for dinner tonight and when he got home from work and asked what was for dinner.....he groaned again.... Then he proceeded to eat three LARGE pieces and then sat and "eyeballed" the rest of it for 5 minutes before deciding he was too full for more! This will definitely be put on our regular "schedule" of meals! Thanks!
