This is a great meatloaf receipe! I followed the receipe and made one exception....I used ground chuck instead of turkey. It is the balsamic glaze that truly elevated this receipe! I

This meatloaf was awesome! It was so moist and tasty. I love anything with balsamic so this was perfect. I added some additional veggies to bump the nutrition factor. I added baby bellas, cooked baby spinach and onion. I also added more peppers. The meatloaf kind of falls apart since the veggies have a lot of moisture. So if you eat it right out of the oven, which I did because I was starving, expect it to fall apart. It is delicious the next day, and it holds its shape better. Place a cookie sheet covered with parchment paper under the loaf pan because the glaze may boil over onto your oven. This will make clean up easier. I'm definitely making this again and again.

This dish had great flavors but it I did have to change it being vegetarian. I used fake ground beef instead of turkey so right off the bat I'm sure that changed the dish a lot. I didn't care for the Parmesan cheese or the red pepper so next time I'll change those 2 things and like other reviews said, add an onion and a little less thyme. Overall, a versatile dish and good flavor but I only gave it a 4 because there was so much prep work involved and kids didn't like it.

Loved this recipe. Very pleased with how this turned out. I did add a half of an onion. I only cooked it for 1 hour and I accidenlty bought 99% lean and it still was moist and very flavorful.

I am not a huge fan of turkey but in trying to cut some fat our of my diet, I tried this meatloaf. My kids did NOT like it. My husband and I thought it was ok. I would switch out one of the peppers for onion next time and cut down on the ketchup. It was very labor intensive, but I will try one more time with small changes.

This is the best meatloaf recipe ever! I've made it with the traditional mixture of beef, veal, pork as well as turkey only. My only recommendation when using ground turkey, bake an hour only. Otherwise it can tend to get too dry. I use the same recipe for grilling turkey burgers. I serve it with "smashed sweet potatoes"and "roasted green beans & cashews". (both recipes found at FN.

The meatloaf was definitely involved and I would not make it on a week night. Also, I ended up burning the outside. The inside tasted great in my opinion. Save the recipe for when you have plenty of time since it takes 1 hr + to cook. Also, be careful to follow the recipe exact. I used more zucchini than the recipe asked for and paid the price since it added too much moisture and I ended up overcooking it.

This was truly awesome! I am getting back to healthy and I hadn't eaten meatloaf in about 20 years and was completely shocked. This certainly isn't how mom used to make it. I wouldn't change the recipe a bit...although I am confused as to when the parsley goes in so it didn't, but if you're teeter tottering between whether or not to make it...just do it already! :
