simply wonderful! Very tasty and I love the nutritious aspect of it. I did not use the turkey, simply because all I had on hand was ground beef. It was very easy to make and definitely flavorful. Will be making again!!!

I'm not a meatloaf fan, but I tried this because I thought it would be a good way to get some veggies to my kids. Unfortunately, they didn't like it at all. My husband and I thought it was just ok. I won't be making it again - way too labor intensive for the lukewarm reviews I received.

This is one of the best Turkey Meatloafs I have every had.
I love onions so I added 1/4 chopped onions. When adding the Balsamic
I used my everyday Balsamic but for the glaze I used a 18 yr old Balsamic vinegar. It was wonderful. Bobby never fails, always a winner!

This is a wonderful reciepe! My fiance loves it. I incorporate more veggies to make it more nutrient. I did scale back on the thyme. Overall, it is great and it is a staple in my home!

This is an awesome recipe. I love any recipe where I can add some extra veggies! I have made this twice already. The first time I used turkey, as per the recipe, and added onion. The second time I used traditional meatloaf mix (pork, veal, beef and added some diced carrots that I had on hand. This version was a bit fattier than the turkey, but equally as delicious. I also found that one hour was plenty of cooking time. A meatloaf sandwich the next day is a perfect lunch. And if you still have more leftovers, I always use any leftover meat from meatloaf, burgers, etc in my marinara sauce for pasta the next day, as I'm not a big fan of freezing meat.

I liked it - nobody else in my family did, unfortunately.

Followed the recipe verbatim. It's a keeper. I had an onion out, thinking : all meatloaves need onion. But may sneak it in next time since curiosity may....

OMG!!! I love it and most importantly my extremely picky family loves it. It is one of the only healthy recipes I can get them to eat on a regular basis. The balsamic glaze is amazing, love it!

This is the PERFECT meatloaf. It was not too fatty (like most meatloaf and it wasn't dry (like most Turkey meatloaf. The vegetables melted into the turkey and made it very moist and flavorful. I used one red pepper and one green because that is what I had. I also added a half of an onion. Served it with smashed parsnips and curried carrot soup and it was a delicious meal. Thanks Bobby!
