This meatloaf is awesome! and just as good if you switch out some of the veggies to change it up. I make a huge batch and shape into mini loaves, then freeze. Makes a perfect quick dinner! The mini loaves cook in 20 minutes!

We loved it! We did chop up a small onion and sauteed it with the other veggies to throw in the mix as well! As usual, Bobby's recipe did not dissapoint :

This is a great meatloaf. I can't eat any other kind. I love most of Chef Flay's recipes and he out did himself w/this one. Thank you and I made no changes. Everything works so well together.

This was by far, the best meatloaf I have ever made. It was so moist. Like another post said, it almost seemed like it was not cooked enough. But it was and it was amazing. I baked it for 1 hr and 20 min and let it rest for 20 min. When using the bell peppers, I used very small ones. Also with the zucchini I cut a large one it half and only used the half. It was so very easy to make. My boyfriend and I loved it. I'm going to make it again next week! Perfect for Fall time.

delicous... very very moist... i only put 3/4 of the veggies in because it just looked like it was too much... it almost looked underdone because it is so moist. in my oven it took about 1 hr and 7 minutes... yummi..would not change a thing... oh, i think i used 85/15 turkey and maybe that is why it came out with lots of juice..

THIS IS AN AMAZING MEATLOAF! NO ONE KNOWS ITS TURKEY.
I ADD MUSHROOMS AND OTHER VEGGIES I HAVE AROUND. IN ADDITON I DOUBLE THE GLAZE AND USE ABOUT 2 LBS TURKEY.
YOU CANNOT MESS THIS UP,ALWAYS DECILIOUS!!!

Absolutely amazing! The ONLY change we made was to substitute cayenne for the red chili flakes. And we probably used closer to 2lbs of turkey. This was so moist and flavorful - the best meatloaf we've ever had. The balsamic glaze was sublime!

I highly recommend you try it according to the directions!
