    This is the kind of recipe we all live for--a really great, simple recipe. This is very easy to prepare, and can be altered with different seasonings to pare with any dish. As is, it goes great with fish--especially with the malt vinegar. Definitely use the Fleur de Sel--a whole new level of flavor there.
