    Obviously none you have cooked octopus before. It is well known that the corks make the octopus tender. You might have done some research before posting. Bobby is correct. It is delicious

    Bobby is a weirdo, why cook the corks with the octopus? I must admit that it has peeked my intrest enough to try this dish tomorrow.
