Nice, light flavors. I didn't have access to a grill or chives, so I sauteed yellow onions and cooked the mushrooms lightly in a pan instead.

Another home run from Bobby. Fresh and tasty. I added 3 chopped green onions. Paired it with Spicy Chicken Cakes (Cokking Light wrapped in lettuce leaves. No complaints about the healthy factor on this meal. Cheers!

This dish was great!! I had to substitute baby portabellas (crimini for the shiitake since my local grocery didn't carry them. Super easy to make and my 3 year old and 18 month old gobbled it up. It is equally yummy hot or cold and I will be bringing this to our next pot-luck at work or family gathering. A definite repeat recipe!!

This is a very delicious and healthy side dish--and perfect for lunch leftovers. All the fresh herbs make it so tasty.
This will be going in my normal rotation of recipes.

I didn't have high expectations of a white bean salad, but I had fresh shelling beans from the farm that I needed to do something with so I tried Bobby Flay's version with grilled shitakes. I am so glad I did! Even my 7 and very picky 11 year old loved this salad. The basil, garlic and parmesan cheese really make it. I will enjoy this for lunch, as a dinner side or as a light summer dinner with french bread. Make this, you won't be disappointed!

My whole family loved this recipe including my 9, 7 and 4 year old boys. We had it with pork tenderloin and then alone for lunch the next day. A real keeper and healthful too!
