Just returned from the Atlantis Resort , Paradise Isle, Bahamas. We had a fabulous dinner at Bobby's Mesa Grill at the Cove. I'm usually a wine snob, but tried one of these white peach margaritas before dinner & loved it. It had a very light , delicate, texture with top shelf tequila. It was so impressive, I actually bypassed wine with dinner & paired one of these treats with my entree of grilled red snapper ! Although, I know we can't duplicate the experience at Mesa Grill, I couldn't wait to find the recipe on foodnetwork, so that I could try to make it at home!

On tv Bobby made a simple syrup and pureed the peaches with the simple syrup. Why are you changing his recipe? Can we have the real one please?

I have been looking for this recipe since dining at Mesa Grill over a year ago. This is the perfect refreshing summer drink.

Great idea, using locally grown fruit added a lot of flavor. I did add 2 tablespoons of sugar to enhance the sweetness.

this is great. i use frozen peaches and fresh because i love how thick the frozen peaches make it and i think that i keeps its texture better while in the glass. add a bit of soda such as sprite to cut some of the alcohol after taste.
    this is great.

Didn't have white peaches, so I used local peaches. They were very refreshing; I will definitely use this recipe again.
