This salad is ridiculously good. It will definitely be my new go-to side for a BBQ! SO much more sophisticated than a traditional pasta salad with awesome flavors. The flavors of the grilled vegetables are amazing and blend beautifully with the mozarella, herbs and BV dressing.

Totally delicious. I made this exactly as the recipe said and served it at my bday party. Everyone loved it! They were asking about the recipe. The leftovers were also very tasty when all the flavors mixed themselves up a bit more. You will not be disappointed.

Delicious. The balsamic vinaigrette and the mozzarella really complemented each other. I served this slightly warm right off the stove, but think the leftovers will also be great cold. A great summer side option.
