My wife and I aren't spice wimps, but this was too hot for us. We blended some with a rib glaze we use, and the corn syrup moderated the heat a bit, but, overall, this was a disappointment. We'll be looking for something else for Super Bowl wings.

This sauce has such a unique flavor and the heat sneaks up on you so you may want to back off the Cayenne Pepper a little and do some testing to your heat preference. I have had several requests for the recipe and we have been glad to share, except for 1 little additional one to make it our own.
