I really only used the Mesa BBQ Sauce and Peanut Sauce recipe in this dish for something else. It took a while to make the Mesa BBQ Sauce first, then use that in the Peanut Sauce but well worth the time. I'm not sure you can every go wrong with adding peanut butter to something, but this recipe was absolutely outstanding and I'll keep it in my kitchen arsenal from now on.

I'm a vegetarian so I only made the slaw. It was soooo tasty!! You can substitute agave nectar for the honey if you're vegan.

The peanut bbq sauce is amazing. Definitely a must try recipe and great for dinner parties. I also tried the Yucatan Puffy Tacos which uses this same sauce and they are amazing too!

This dish wowed everyone, and we used the left-over sauce for dipping over the next few days. DELICOUS!!

I loved this reciple. However, instead of mixing the diced garlic with the marinade and then puring it over the chicken kabob, I kept the garlic seperate and then spinkled it over the chicken. This helped spread the garlic flavor overal all the chicken pieces. It was soo gooooood. I made it with some ginger rice and Naan. Absolutely amazing.

Made this for our family Easter gathering today. The sauce is the most time consuming, but once that is done, the rest is a breeze. Everyone raved about it. You can double or triple the meat part and still have more than enough peanut sauce. This dish is absolutely fabulous and light. The taste is amazing. A keeper for me.

I think Bobby is the best thing The Food Network has. I own a couple of his books, and watch his show whenever possible. This dish is probably my favorite all time of his recipes. It takes a bit more than 30 minutes prep time if you make the bbq, but it is sooooo worth it. This is a fun, very tasty dish. I will serve it again and again.
