I made this for a recent football party. It was such a hit, only the kids touched the pizza. Left out the guac., but add some freshly grated parm. and cheddar. Fabulous!!

I made this dip for Christmas and it was amazing! Everyone raved about it and it was gone in no time. I did eliminate the avocado because I'm not a fan, and nothing was lost with the flavor at all.

I made "Bobby's Hot Tomato, Jack and Crab Dip for a family picnic on Saturday. It was GONE in 5 minutes!!! Everyone loved it....and wanted MORE! This is the best crab dip I've ever had - and I've made lots of crab dips over the years!!! The "jack" cheese, tomato, basil and green onions give it a wonderful flavor - but don't over power the taste of the crab.....and the consistency is perfect for the "Scoops" chips. Next time, I have to take at least two full recipes of this dip or they tell me I won't be allowed to come to the picnic! Try it - you'll love it and will never go back to other crab dips.

Almost got my hand slapped when I tried to put this away "too early"! 1/2'ed the recipe (that's all the crab I had and used mostly mozzarella since didn't have a lot of monterey jack on hand....added 2 fresh serrano peppers for some heat. It was awesome!!!! Will definitely make this again!

pretty darn yummy! i added some "slap ya mama" seasoning into the dish! the flavors together made an amazing dip. The only reason i gave this 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the consistency. Believe me, it was def NOT too watery. However, if it would have been a slight bit thicker.... it would not have hurt. Either way, thank you Bobby and Paula!
