Ingredients

1/2 cup bourbon

1/4 cup canola oil

3 tablespoons Dijon mustard

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

2 tablespoons brown sugar

Directions

Stir together the bourbon, oil, mustard, Worcestershire, sugar, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper in a medium bowl. Use in place of your favorite chicken marinade.
