Delicious - can't make too many or we'll just eat them (even though we're gluten-free, these are the best of any kind I can remember

they were alright but i think it was to much work and they weren't great WILL NOT BE MAKING THEM AGAIN

BEST CUPCAKE EVER
A lot of work, but totally worth the pay off! After watching Kyra Bussanich on Cupcake Wars I visited Crave bakery and had the Coffee and Donut cupcake. It was so fantastic that I had to try this recipe. This cupcake is one of the best I have ever eaten in my life, gluten-free or not, and certainly the best that's come out of my own kitchen. I would definitely pay money for this cupcake! I followed the recipe as closely as possible, and all of it turned out perfectly, even though it was my first time making pastry cream and italian buttercream. It did take a lot of time and effort but it was worth it. Thanks to Kyra for providing such a great recipe.
