We made these last night and they are easily the best wings we have made. The only substitution we made was chipotle chillies as we already had a few of those.

I can't wait to make these again!

My husband has made this for the last year now. The kids beg and beg for it! Friends beg for us to bring it to parties! Try it, you won't be sorry!

I tired this recipe for a potluck at work, and everyone loved the wings. A matter of fact they were gone in 10 minute literaly. I did not have Ancho chiles, so instead I just used crushed red pepper flakes and still came out well!

I made these for a Mardi Gras party in my office, and even though someone else also made wings, he went home with half a crock still full and I didn't have even a bone leftover! These are amazing, and if you have them for a party, you can keep them in the crockpot on low until they're all gone, and they just keep getting better the longer they sit. Beautiful, foolproof recipe.

Yum...everyone liked these at my house. The only difference I made was I subbed an Anaheim chili for the ancho as I wanted to keep it from being to spicy for my 7 year old. I really liked the sauce. Will make again...now to make Bobby's.
    Thanks.

You may want to add a little more heat, but the flavor was fantastic
