Ingredients
  • 6 sweet potatoes, boiled until fork tender and peeled
  • 1/2 cup fine aged Kentucky bourbon whiskey
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon grated cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg
Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Mix all of the ingredients with an electric mixer at a medium speed until smooth. Pour all of the ingredients into a well oiled baking dish. Bake, lightly covered with foil, for 45 minutes.
