Great recipe, however I like more liquid in my peach cobbler; just my taste.

OMG...I replaced by Aunt Alice's famous cobbler recipe with this one and my family flipped. My mom couldn't stop eating it until it was ALL gone. Thanks Stephanie for this awesome recipe I really enjoyed watching you make it for Bobby's birthday.

OMG..havent made this recipe but I watched the video and noticed the first cobble to go in was in a glass container. But, when it came out of the oven it was in a different pan! Also, when the first one went in, the crust was uneven but when it came out, it was even. The magic of TV! All the comments about the oven temperature makes me wonder if I want to take the chance.

I did not use this recipe for the pie filling. I just used it for the pie crust! This crust was soooo good it taste better than my mothers peach cobbler !!! My husband and children who are picky eaters LOVED IT!!!! And it was easy!!

My late grandmother made the best peach cobbler ever, but she passed away many years ago. Since that time I would always be dissapointed in whatever cobbler I tried. Until now. I'm sorry grandma, but this is a better recipe. I tweeked it a little bit: replaced a portion of the sugar with brown sugar, added 1/4 teaspoon of cinamon, used egg wash instead of the heavy cream, added a little more salt. the nutmeg is a very nice touch. Used fresh frozen peaches and it is fabulous. You will enjoy.

Excellent! I modified it a bit by cutting down on the sugar and added brown sugar to make the 1/2 cup. I always do this with fruit pies and cobblers with great results. I didn't have cream, so I used an egg wash to brush the top crust. Everyone loved it!

I am an aspiring pastry chef and for my mother's 53rd birthday, she told me that she didn't want a cake but that she wanted peach cobbler and so I begin searching for a great recipe. I'm not good at making pie crust but since we don't prefer biscuit topped cobblers, I had to ***** it up and do a crust...OMG, it turned out better than I could of hoped for. The crust was light, flaky, and buttery and the filling was not too sweet and perfectly spiced. She really enjoyed this paired with vanilla ice cream. This is now my go-to cobbler recipe!

Loved it. Was surprisingly easy to make, probably because I substituted Pillsbury ready made pie crust. My only tip would be to make sure you leave both crusts in long enough to make sure they are brown and crispy, I took mine out a little too early
