To create a breadbox buffet, take inspiration from the sizes, shapes, and flavors of the loaves themselves. The bowl-like containers are made from crusty boules and the elongated versions from pullman loaves. The soft centers are cut away and either sliced to make the tea sandwiches (pullman loaf) or used to make croutons or bread crumbs for a later use.
