This was excellent, but I did change it a little bit due to what I had on hand. I used 4 strips of thick cut bacon (chopped instead of the other meat ingredients. I didn't have any red pepper flakes so I used a little cayenne pepper to give it a little kick. I also added about 1/4 cup of shredded cheese at the end. The eggs did take a little longer than expected - about 5-6 minutes on low heat. Sooo good!

Loved it! It inspired me to definitely utilize lefter choppings and make a decent omelets or skillet on a Saturday morning. My little girl loves this meal - she definite devours the potatoes!

I followed the directions exactly, except that I added green pepper as I saw Sunny do in the episode, and I didn't have any rosemary. I chopped the potatoes small so they'd cook through, but they didn't. Meanwhile, the ground beef was overcooked and crunchy because I wasn't stirring it, as directed. The eggs cooked in about 8 minutes, not the suggested 2, which made everything else (especially the meat even more overdone. The flavor was basically just chorizo, which is fine, but it was pretty boring and overpoweringly chorizo flavored. Maybe the rosemary is what takes this over the top, and maybe I had different results cooking-wise from most people. I don't know. If I had it to do over again (and honestly, I'll probably not make this again, I'd use frozen hash browns instead and stir more frequently than every 8 minutes.

I must confess I have never made anything like this. I did change a few things and used a different sausage and ground turkey, but it didnt matter it was great! It gave me confindence for other things. I love Sunny's dishes!

Just made this (doubled the recipe for the Father's Day breakfast I hosted this morning. I was everyone's favorite. For me personally I am not a big ground beef fan, so I think next time I will just use all chorizo. Loved it & am sure I will get many requests to make it again.

the format for this recipe is awesome! Making a a hash is so quick and easy and requires very few ingredients. I omitted the ground chuck and chorizo for beef smoke sausage and added red and green bell pepper for some color and taste. The eggs were cooked to perfection! This is so much better than making several dishes for a Sunday morning breakfast and much less cleanup! Also with just adding more or less ingredients its perfect for one or more. Thanks Sunny, this one i will defintiely use this one again and again!

My mom made this for breakfast this Sunday. It was amazing and really easy to make. I requested that next time she put in a few more potatoes.

This is exactly why I never miss Sunny's show...I can always depend on finding something I will love and this is sooo good! The combination of chorizo and hamburger is something I would never have thought of and it is so right. Thanks Sunny!

My boyfriend requested that I make this for brunch after watching to program. I did not have ground beef or bulk sausage, but made it anyway with andoille sausage that I had on hand. I also used russet potatoes because that is what I had on hand. Everything else was the same. It was delicious. I was surprised at how quick and easy it was to make. I will keep this recipe on hand and make it again and again for a quick and easy breakfast or brunch meal.

Keep up the good work Sunny. I really like your recipes and your energy on the show.
