I didn't need the extra protein and fat, so I adjusted the recipe for me and my family. Cooked it with 3 sweet potatoes and used it as a side dish. Everyone loved it...and leftovers for tomorrow's lunch!

Brian has renewed my interest in cooking. Was getting bored with all the food shows, but Brian is a breathe of fresh air. Love his appetizer recipes. Wish he would give advice on how to make recipes ahead and store them, and how to reheat them for the " big party". Don't have enough time to cook everything on the day of the party. Would love do- ahead recipes.

My dad and I thought these were little cups of heaven! The bacon cups were crunchy and the hash was tender and delish! I did have to cook the bacon cups longer than directed, but it was worth it!

I agree with most all of the reviews-Brian is amazing, fun, and his recipes are just wonderful! Would be great to see much more of him, instead of some of the ridiculous programs Food Network tries to subject us to.

Well, got my interest....this episode did for sure. Haven't tried the other recipes, yet, but certainly will. I LOVE BACON!!! It fixes everything. I agree with everyone else that this show is over the top. The recipes are outstanding. Brian's sense of humor is amazing. Obviously he's clever to have used the South Park reference in this show. This show had me in stitches all the way through. I think the Food Network is making a mistake hiding this show on Sunday afternoon, though, when most everyone is either doing laundry, watching NFL Today, or enjoying a hangover. I am certain they could pull in more and more viewers if they aired it in a primetime setting. This recipe was relatively easy to make and it tasted fantastic. More bacon, Brian....PLEASE!!!

Loved loved loved Brian when he was competing and performing in his shows. Now I can love him on Food Network. These things look delicious and can't wait to try them. The show is a little "campy" , but so what - it's fun and funny. Like the way it is presented = different from the usual formats. Keep on keeping on.

I can't wait to try ALL his recipes. He makes it look so easy and they all look yummy. He is the break out star for the Food Network. I just set my DVR so I never miss an episode. Can't wait to see more of Brian.
