    The sauce was a real hit, but the steak was tough, chewy and didn't have much flavor. Maybe it was womething I did wrong, but the family voted not to try it again. Sorry Brian!

    I've been wanting to try one of Brian's recipes for a while now, and this one was the easiest with what I already had on hand. It is delicious. Awesome alternative to our regular fried cube steak sandwich. Actually, making this recipe whole instead of slicing it would probably make an awesome sandwich in itself. The sauce is amazing too, can't forget that. It would go well with almost anything. I can't wait to try dipping chicken in it. Thanks so much, Brian! I really hope you get a third season.

    My entire family, even the 19-month-old, loved this recipe. The baby LOVED the sauce!!! I'm definitely adding this to my regular recipe collection. Thanks, Brian!!

    I made these today for my family. My son and husband loved them! They were easy to make and the skewers keep you from getting all the flour stuck on your hands and making a big mess. I put my egg mixture in a tall cup to dunk my steak in, worked great. The sauce was quick and easy and tastes great. I too added more horseradish. Keeping this one for one of my regulars!

    I made this for my family last night after scanning throught the Food network on my computer. I was looking for something different to make. When I saw Brian's recipe for cube steak. I had not seen the show and thought, what a different way to prepare cube steak. It was delicious and fun. The Whatsthishere Sauce is out of this world, very tasty(I did add a bit more horseradishYummy
