Nice recipe. I added chopped cabbage, and the family preferred peas instead of the celery. The family really, really likes this one.

I make this fried rice so often that I've committed the recipe to memory! Sometimes I'll throw in other veggies or use teriyaki sauce instead of soy sauce, and it's always delicious.

Loved this, Brian, and you, too! This was the first time I used Chinese sausage and, although it's certainly different than our sausage, we enjoyed the unique flavor. I pretty much followed your recipe except I used brown rice and threw in some other veggies like zucchini & peas. It's a great way to clean out your crispers!
Thank you for giving me a reason to buy Chinese sausage and keep the cooking episodes coming. I truly enjoy your show.

Made in a flash, gone even faster. The family loved this. Made it using smoked sausage instead of the Chinese sausage as it's not readily available. Worked very well.

FYI...we have made this twice. Intially, made and served per printed recipe. Second time...using leftovers...served in lettuce cups and wonton wrappers. Both were enjoyed by all!
