Very good. Let it crust on the grill for more flavor. I roasted the dutch potatoes with rosemary, olive oil, garlic salt and pepper, used it the next day. The potatoes were firm and held up to the bamboo skewer. Delicious

These skewers were so easy and absolutely delicious! The platter was emptied between the grill and the table. I should have made more!

I increased the fresh herbs (about double and next time I'll try switching out the vinegar with fresh lemon juice and also add fresh garlic. Yum!

    Thanks Brian!

I've made this three times for guests and they LOVE them (as do I!. They are easy to prepare and can be done so in advance. I don't always use the listed herbs, I use what I have on-hand and they turn out great!

I love Halloumi cheese and the combination with potatoes and the dressing is so yummy. I had a hard time with the bamboo skewers (the potatoes were splitting so I switched to a thinner metal skewer and it worked great.
I also make this in a non-stick skillet and took it to a picnic and everyone loved it.
Go get some halloumi and try this!
