I made full size versions with onion buns turned upside down (onion pieces on the inside and my family tore them up! I'm going to make these again for sure!

These sandwiches were very good. The combination of the spices on the bread and the pastrami kept it flavorful as well as the pickle which brightened everything. Pretty easy too.

I made a lot of things for my holiday party, and a lot were hits. This was one of them. So easy and I kept it in my panini press to stay warm, didn't overcook. It was so good.

I made this recipe for a New Year's Eve party and the plate came home empty. It was very delicious. I used turkey pastrami and reduced fat 1000 Island Dressing. Everything else, just as the recipe calls for. Yum, yum!

We love Brian's enthusiasm for sharing great and do-able people pleasing food and this recipe is a winner. Easy, cheesy, toasty, and deli delicious with the right touch of pastrami. A tasty addition to Brian's collection of goodies that are perfect for all kinds of get togethers or when you want to treat yourself....I have a feeling these sammies will be star performers of Olympic proportions as we watch the Winter Games. We want to see more of Brian and his talent on Food Network! Applause, applause!
