The dough is awesome - best dough I've tried yet (we love thin & crispy! Husband prefers chunkless sauce, so I pureed, which was nice but maybe this altered why I didn't love the sauce. I may add a bit of sugar & tomato paste next time. Loved the caramelized onions. Will definitely make again with minor revisions, but no changes to the crust!

This pizza really looked good. The rating stars are for this show. There's only one problem with Brian's show. It needs to be at "least" an hour-long show!!! He is so entertaining and funny. I so enjoyed his skating career, and now I get to enjoy his cooking career! Thanks Brian and Food Network!
