Loved the cauliflower puree. Very easy and great flavor. Hope to try the rest of the dishes in this multi-phased plate. The leek beure blanc looks heavenly!

I made this tonight exactly to the directions except with chicken stock vs. vegetable stock. Everything turned our fantastic and very delicious. For those who have time management issues, do not follow the recipe in order as presented. Pay careful attention to the timing of each section so all items come are ready at the same time.

Loving roasted cauliflower, I was intrigued by the cauliflower puree. Since I had cauliflower, apples, and stock (chicken, not vegetable in the house, I made just the puree as a side for dinner. It was great! The roasted apple adds a really nice flavor to offset and complement the cauliflower. And it was so simple to make.
(And LOVE Brian's show!

Oh my GOSH!!!!!! I prepared the "beef" and it was the "best" tasting filet recipe I've come across in a long time, and I have over 200 cook books (including one of my own. I'm hoping to try the Bass soon (as soon as I get some.

I made the Fliet with Balsamic Reduction and served with roasted Asparagus. It was fantastic. I could have just eaten the Asparagus smothered in the reduction. The recipe was easy and the timing of everything came out perfect. Probably toolk me about 20 minutes from start to finish. I'm looking forward to trying all the recipes from this episode. They all sound wonderful.
I love this show!!! I was so happy on Sunday when I saw I had a new recording on my DVR. Couldn't stop thinking about the food so a went out to the garden to pick the thyme and pulled out all the other ingredients from the kitchen. I have never made anything from this show that I haven't received rave reviews from all my guests. My husband is the hardest of all to please and he loved the meal this evening. Thank you.
