First of all, I love Brian Boitano's show!!! Not only is it hilarious...(Hope he wanted it to be but we come away with some amazing recipes!!! I watched this show over the weekend and couldn't get my mind off of the sea bass and cauliflower puree!!! So off to my store I went after work and got the basics, no leeks at the store so we did without that!
I used mahi-mahi, was what I had and instead of chicken stock, I used a can of beef broth! That really added a richness to the puree! Meal really took only 30 minutes to make and was a great weeknight meal!!!
Brian- I am so happy about your show...keep the recipes coming!!! When can I guest host with you!??
Enjoy,
Amy

I made the steak with the balsamic reduction and the cauliflower puree. DELICIOUS! My husband was not so sure about the basalmic while it was cooking, but once he ate it.... he was delighted. This is a winner, can't wait to make the crab cakes and sea bass!
Welcome back Brian!
