My son recently prepared and served this dish as an appetizer and what a HIT!! We were fighting over the last pieces. He made it because he knows I'm a Kentucky Derby freak! This will definitely be in my Derby Day menu.

To me, the best part of this recipe is the derby dip. Delicious! The chicken wasn't spicy at all, even after marinating it overnight. It did have some flavor but I was expecting more of a kick. I used chicken wings instead of chicken breasts because I was cooking for a large number of people and I felt wings would be easier than cutting up a huge amount of chicken breasts. I'd consider making this recipe again with the chicken breasts to see if the type of chicken makes any difference.

I'm not a big fan of chicken. But with this recipe, the chicken was moist, not dried out. The flavor was just right - not too spicy but not bland either. I will make it again. Thanks, Brian, for a really good recipe for chicken.

I made this dish the other day for my husband and he loved it! This recipe is a must have for everyone at home. It is quick and easy (a bit messy....lol and the result is always the same...WOW! Chicken never tasted this good. I didn't make the dipping sauce because my husband is not a fan of sour cream and mayo so I used another homemade BBQ sauce and it was AWESOME!

This is a great recipe. I will deffinatly continue making this for my family. Thank you for this awsome recipe : ( if you like really spicy food like myself, add 3 tsps of cyanne pepper instead of 2. I loved them.

This was amazingly easy. Thank goodness another reviewer pointed out that the picture is not correct. It was a little too spicy for my family's taste so I'll be cutting the cayenne by half. The dip was delicious.
