These were very good and got rave reviews. As written the goat cheese balls were closer to an inch in diameter, I felt that much goat cheese in one bite was overpowering. I halved them and it was the perfect amount, made twice as many so bonus! Great blend of flavors.

So DELICIOUS!! I literally just got done making these and the combinations of these foods are incredible. The only thing that took a little extra time was cracking open the pistachios and chopping them up.. but SO worth it!

I have made these for major family functions. GREAT recipe. Creamy goat cheese and the nuts is awesome. Easy to make a bit ahead of time and so colorful. Found the skewers just like he used at a party supply store fyi. WHY does foodnetwork air brians show once a week at 7am sun morning???? He is funny and a great cook!! Does anyone really want to see Anne Burelle 5x a day???

I made these for a baby shower and they were a huge hit! I rolled the balls the night before then rolled in nuts and put on skewers the day of the shower. Very easy and elegant to look at!!! I will be making these again and again!

The comment below by Michael from Baltimore is uncalled for. Michael, how old are you? You leave a one star rating because of his sexual preference? Get a life and grow up.

Loved them! The salty of the nuts coating the sour of the goat cheese...my mouth waters just thinking about them!! Hard to make for a dinner party with a lot of guests due to the price of the ingredients, but definitly great for smaller crowds or even just a romatic dinner for 2. Love this recipe!

Should I use salted or unsalted pistachios in this recipe?
