I made these for a holiday party and they got rave reviews. Lots of great flavor and looks great on a plate.
I chilled the serving platter before plating to ensure the goat cheese didn't stick.

THESE APPETIZERS ARE BEAUTIFUL IN PRESENTATION AND SENSATIONAL IN TASTE. DO NOT BE DECEIVED BY THE SIMPLICITY AND SHORT INGREDIENT LIST. IT DOES TAKE TIME TO SKEWER THOSE LITTLE GOAT CHEESE BALLS . BUT, BOY(TANO ARE THEY PRETTY AND BOY(TANO ARE THEY TASTY. THE BASIL AND SUN DRIED TOMATOES WITH THE PISTACHIO GOAT CHEESE IS A VERY SOPHISTICATED TASTE, BUT ONE THAT WILL BE APPRECIATED BY MOST.
WONDERING WITH 'JACKIE' AND 'NANCY' AND 'RUTH' AND 'LIN' AND 'DOROTHY' AND PROBABLY THOUSANDS OF OTHER FANS ...WHERE DID YOUR SHOW GO?

I loved this recipe and I am doing most of Brian's appetizers for a small party the night before Thanksgiving. Brian's recipes are fantastic and his show was one of the most entertaining on Foodnetwork. My question is where did he go? We want more!

Where has Brians Show gone? I find it so entertaining and I love his easy, simple, yet elegant recipes. They are recipes I can relate too. I have made most of his recipes and love them all.

I loved his show and made these Sun-dried tomato & goat cheese skewers for a party. They were a big hit! I began to save several of his episodes on my DVR to watch again as most of his recipes were so easy, it made me want to make them. However somehow my DVR malfunctioned and I lost all the shows I had been saving! PLEASE - bring Brian Boitano back again!! He is funny and has made several great recipes I would still like to try. Luckily they are still online.... for now.

has tons of flavor plus a great appetizer for vegatarians. I love Brian's show....all those years skating, we never got to see how funny he is - plus a great cook! I love the way the show is structured too - weaving in a story with roller derby chicks, etc. My big question is - Why aren't there more episodes? More recipes... More BRIAN!

These Apps are primo! Ease, elegant and super taste-pop combo. Brian is also delicious-deliciously refreshing! I agreee with other foddie fans-Brian is wickedly entertaining AND a very skilled COOK (never pretends to be a chef and entertainer. Keep it coming!
