I made this recipe last night and everyone enjoyed it. It was easy to make and simple ingredients. Couldn't wait to see what Brian would make next. So today, I was looking forward to "What would Brian Boitano Make?", well it was nothing. Brian was not on today. Can't we get a complete season of programs aired before we start getting "no shows" and reruns.
PS. I love Paula but give someone else a chance for a program.

I thoroughly enjoy this new show with Brian Boitano. He has a wicked sense of humor and the best recipes! Thank you for bringing this show on to the Food Network and please keep this show going as it is my favorite! And as for "Julia", all I have to say is you must not have watched any of the episodes.

There is more to being a Food Network host than being a professional chef, or wanting your own show. Brian Boitano's show is entertaining, and his food has gotten excellent reviews, except from people like you who haven't actually tried it, but have a bone to pick anyway. Excelling at one thing -- like ice skating -- doesn't mean you can't also excel at something else. If this bothers you so much, use your remote to switch to another channel.

The Food Channel is getting desperate!! Why hire a professional skater when there is many real talented chefs who would kill for their own tv show? unbelievable!!

This is excellent, the flavors just pop, leaves you wanting more. This was a hugh hit at my office and the color presentation is very appealing to the eye. Very easy to make.

Truly a yummy taste treat! Such a great combo of textures & flavors. Working with soft goat cheese is like playing with adult Play-Doh. Have made this twice now and each time it was a tremendous success. Thanks Brian!
