omg Brian Boitano is my guilty pleasure I cant turn my head from tv this episode was halairious! The exclusive supper club what a great idea im looking to start one in my area now. Great menu Brian!

This is the best salad that i have ever eaten. It is easy to prepare and what a beautiful presentation. I served it with Ina Gartens roasted chicken. My husband and I ate so much of the salad that I saved the chicken for the next dinner meal. A true winner! Love your show. You are a hoot.

I watched only that episode so far, but I can already tell you, I'm a fan! Who knew Brian would be so great? This salad is divine, after watching him do it, I ran to the grocery store and tried it that same day. My twist to it was to add some prosciutto that I made crispy as bacon in a pan. My husband liked his bowl!

I saw Brian make this recipe on tv and couldn't wait to try it. Boy did it deliver! My husband said to add this to the list of our favorites. I used black olives instead of kalamata and it was just fine. If this recipe is any indication of the tasty food Brian can deliver...I am hooked!
