This was so easy and delicious ! I didn't have almonds, so I used chopped walnuts. It was a big hit at my at home happy hour with friends, next time I'll make 2 because 1 wasn't enough !

This is a great and easy appetizer for any occasion. You don't have to use just almonds, any kind of nut in the house will be great. I would recommend using a baking dish around the size of the brie if possible. The brie will get melty and if the dish is too big it has potential to spread everywhere and not look as pretty.

Oh wow...this is the best cheese dip I've ever had! I'm eating it right now and all I can say is that the flavors all melt together deliciously. I don't have any french bread all I have is raw honey and raw sliced almonds and so I let those melt in the oven in a glass bowl and I am eating this nutty sweet creamy dip with my buttery crackers and I love it! Thank you so much for sharing!

I substituted the almonds with chopped walnuts because that's what I had on hand and it tasted delicious!

This was by far my favorite recipe. All of these ingredients are wonderful when combined. Right when you pull this out of the oven it is such a treat, plus it is very easy to make!

I made a variation by slicing the brie and placing it on the sliced french bread. Then drizzled with honey and topped with raw sliced almonds. Placed under broiler for a few minutes to melt. Delicious!
