    This soup tastes as good as it looks in the magazine. I didn't think the potatoes would get done in such a short cooking time, but they were perfect. My husband thought the dijon cheese toast paired well with the soup. Even if you just use plain bread, don't skip the cheese!

    This is such a simple but awesome recipe, I loved it. I used frozen broccoli instead of fresh and it still came out perfect.
