This was easy and breezy and I was overwhelmed with how good it was. Since you're broiling sugar and butter use the aluminum foil and crimp up around the outside to keep your oven clean. Additionally, I plated these with a big dollop of whipped cream and was able to spoon some of the strawberry/peach juice over the whipped cream for a lovely look - although the dessert did not need whipped cream at all..
