What a delicious, yet refreshing dessert! My mother-in-law is a very healthy eater so I just layered the peaches mixture with greek yogurt for her (peaches, yogurt, peaches, just the 3 layers. Also, I can't tell if the recipe says to do two or three layers but my parfait dishes are about 3 inches across and 2 layers (peaches, cookie, and whipped topping as one layer was plenty. Perfect amount for 4 people, it would be a great desert for the fall, but really great for any time!

My family really enjoyed this dessert. Very tasty. I will make it for dessert again and again. I have used peaches from my peach trees and everyone loved it. Thank You.

Made this for my family this morning and they loved it.However, we all thought it would be better if I had chilled it first. On the show, Jamie layered the brown sugar and cinnamon but I followed the recipe & mixed the peaches with the cinnamon & brown sugar. I think mixing it all together was much better than layering. It was delish!

I have made this twice now. Instead of the whip cream I used vanilla yogurt and the cool whip on top and with nectrines as peaches didn't look great at store. I did make it with the cool whip but like the zip of the yogurt. Will be a regular.

This was simple, easy and delicous. I used necterines and omitted the sugar and cinammon. Used cool whip for the whip topping and turned out great. I will certainly try this again.
