The only thing missing from this recipe to make it authentic Jamaican is 1 tablespoon of white vinegar

This was a very good Brown stew fish. It was easy to make and the smell of all the herbs. It all looks so yummy! Everyone thought they were really good. I used only one pepper and it was yellow and it turned out as good or better than a red one. Also The sauce was a nice consistency. Green bananas I got from a friend at "Super MEX Restaurant" Lakewood,we love it with green bananas We will be making these again and again all summer...Keep them coming "Babs"

Lots of Flavor. I loved the spicy sauce and the flavor of the Thyme.
