This has now become a traditional Thanksgiving side dish. Although, it goes with any great meat meal. Love it, the only thing I do differently is I roast the brussels sprouts. I use Ina's recipe for roasting them. It adds another layer of richness to the recipe. If you're watching the calories use fat free 1/2 & 1/2, works out great!!! Excellent dish!!!

I made these at Thanksgiving, and no one could leave them alone! I'm making them again on Christmas.

This is even better than green bean caserole. I couldn't stop eating it. Even the leftovers! Great recipe!

This is absolutely delicious! I am usually not a huge fan of brussels sprouts because of the tendency towards bitterness. However, I decided to make this recipe for Thanksgiving and I couldn't stop eating them! I used Tillamook brand white cheddar and it was just great. I also had run out of bread crumbs so I put croutons through my food processor. Amazing dish! Will make it again and again. In fact, it's on the menu for Christmas this year as well.

Delicious!!! I love brussels any way you do em, but this just adds an extra decadence to them.

Super tasting and so easy. I sometimes used colby jack cheese and a bit of cayenne pepper!! I make it at least once a week!
