This dish was delicious! Everyone absolutely loved it and it is super easy to make! I sauteed 1/2 cup onions and a few gloves of garlic and tossed the brussel sprouts in there after boiling them. I also used shredded cheddar because I didn't have grated cheddar.. it was soooo goood!

It was good because of the fresh brussel sprouts but the flavors did not blend for me.

WE ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS DISH! I could have ate the whole pan of it! I added a tad more red pepper flakes & turned the oven to broil for a couple minutes after it was done to brown the top. We got the brussel sprouts on the stem/stock (first time ever & they were sooo good but any fresh brussel sprouts would do. I am making this for Thanksgivng this year!!!!! Thank you!!

Very good. My husband, who normally does not eat brussell sprouts, like this as well. It has the perfect balance of cheese & cream so it's not like smothered in cheese like some casseroles. It is really good. I served it with lemon butter fish & wild rice. Wonderful!

Great receipe and very easy. I used 3-4 pinches of red pepper flakes to give it more of a kick and stuck it under the broiler for 2-3 minutes to crust the top.

This was so delicious! Even my 6 year-old son liked it. I'll be making this again and again.

Awesome, these were a big hit at Thanksgiving. People who never eat the obligitory "frozen" sprouts at dinner, were going back for seconds before they knew they were eating Brussels Sprouts! Highly recommend, Thanks!
