This was super easy. Cherries were firm - not mushy. Great taste. I was worried that making just one pie might not work out well but came out just fine. It will be my go to recipe when our sour cherries come in.

The most delicious cherry pie ever! Everyone was crazy about it. I used frozen unsweetened sour cherries from Michigan and will definitely make this again.
