    This recipe is a keeper!! I cooked it for lunch today and my husband can't get enough of it! I'm sure I'll be making this again very soon!

    Delish! Great meatballs and enjoyed the simple sauce. Definitely need to let the sauce simmer for 1.5 hrs for the flavors to come together. Will be making this again for sure.

    NOT a fan. I wont be making this again. I have a tried and true way to make meatballs and sauce and thought I would change it up. It was nasty. The sauce was chunky but thin, Just tasted like a mouth full of bacon. I thought the bacon would give it a nice mild pork flavor but it was overpoweringly BACON. Yuck

    Rich and delicious. I thought the sauce was too simple in the begining. Allowing it to simmer depened the flavor. Then tasting everything together, the pasta al dente, with the sauce, and the fresh grated cheese was grrrreat. The meatballs were wonderfully tasty, and again, few ingredients. Loved this recipe.

    I personly did not like this recepie. The sauce was way too tangy and the flavor was funky. I think I will stick to Grandma's recepie.

    I love this recipe! Chef Beau, thank you for sharing your Mom's recipe with us! The meatballs were so easy to make and very delicious. I agree with the previous reviewer, I'll never buy frozen meatballs again! The sauce was very tasty. The 1 1/2 hour slow simmering really made a difference.

    BEST PASTA RECIPE EVER! Thanks Chef Beau! I know you are personally responsible for the grocery store near me for stocking that particular brand of tomato sauce. I'm still dumbfounded on how easy it was to make those meatballs and how flavorful they turned out! I'll never buy frozen meatballs again.

    LOVE IT!!! I have made this recipe quite a few times since the show and it is soooo good. Everyone thinks the meatballs have all these different meats in them. Can't believe how simple they really are. This makes enough for a crowd so I serve it in a huge bowl in the middle of the table!

    The meatballs were so good they made me wanna SLAP MY MOMMA!!!! I always judged others meatballs by my mother's, the problem was that my mother never wrote down her recipes. These were simple and GREAT!!!!!!!! The sauce was very good also, I just added a lil Italian seasoning and 2 Bay leaves.
    Well done Beau, Thank you Miss Eve!!!! and Mom I'll always love you!!!
