Yummy! Made this for a Mother's Day gathering and had requests for the recipe. I have diabetics in the family, so I love that it's low carb. Very good with carrots and celery. I'm not a fan of canned chicken, so I cooked a chicken breast, then I just shredded it by hand before mixing in. I also only used 1/3 cup of hot sauce because my family aren't big fans of real spicy foods. The blue cheese added just the right amount of tanginess.

I have made this for years but I only use the rotisserie chicken available in grocery. Just tear into pieces. WAY better than canned.

I added salt and pepper. Also made it with chicken I cooked and ground up. Very tasty. I would make it again.

Made this recipe tonight with a few changes. I am a lap-band patient, and have to make many modifications to anything I eat. I used low-fat cream cheese instead of regular cream cheese, low-fat crumbled bleu cheese, fat-free ranch dressing, and low-fat cheddar cheese in place of the mozzarella, and added and extra 1 fluid ounce of wing sauce. Instead of the canned chicken, which can be very salty, I baked a few skinless chicken thighs in the oven with some wing sauce, let it cool, peeled the meat from the bone. In a food processor, add all ingredients except the cream cheese and cheddar cheese. Pulse until mixture is almost smooth. Add cream cheese and cheddar cheese and pulse until mixture is smooth and creamy. Transfer mixture to small casserole dish and heat in the oven until bubbly. Serve with tortilla chips or vegetables. Absolutely delicious!

I found this recipe to be simple and great basis for variations. We are not blue cheese fans so I subsituted ranch for the blue cheese and used real chicken breasts and wing sauce. This is a real hit and I am always asked to make it for every party! Thanks!

Love it! I use baked chicken breasts chopped up instead of canned chicken.

Easy recipe to follow and the result is delicious.
Add a scallion to the dish to enhance the flavours if you wish.

Whenever my family and I make this recipe it's a hit. Everytime we make it, we use a rotisserie chicken. We have not ever made it with canned chicken.
