We enjoyed this recipe. My sister and I trade off weekly in what we call "guinea pig night" where we have to make something we've never made. I chose this dish after seeing it on a cooking show. Our meals are rated 1-10 and I got all 10's, so I'm giving this a 5 stars. I read others reviews and did make more sauce and marinated the chicken with the sauce all day. I'll definitely make this again.

Very easy and great. It has been become my favorite dish. I used a whole rotisserie chicken for a 9 x 11 pan. Most people say it needs to be hotter but I found it to be all flavor and no heat which I loved.

Kinda boring and too dry. I'd try again with more sauce, mix the chicken with the seasonings over night to add some additional flavor.

Thanks for the great feedback, and I just wanted to answer a few questions, that recipe is made in a restaurant size pan and is really close to 40lbs, and usually feeds 8-10, if you cut everything in half off that recipe is for home size pan, I also buy all my stuff at the restaurant depot so they have larger sizes then the typical grocery store, and I have to emphasize that it's all about your palette I love blue cheese but if you don't then cut the amount. Or check my food blog firehousechefdew I have more of a breakdown on the recipe...thanks again!

Great recipe! My husband is not a lasagna fan, but he really liked this recipe. Even my 3 year old asked for seconds. I did reduce the amounts of the blue cheese and ricotta measurements, but other than that, I made it as is.

I made this last night and it was pretty good with a few exceptions. The blue cheese is very strong because there is so much of it. If you do not LOVE blue cheese, I would cut it back. Also, I think there might be a type-o in the recipe on the ricotta. It says two containers (48 oz but the largest container of ricotta I found was 16 oz and two would make 32 oz. I used only the two and it seemed like if I would have followed the recipe, it would have been too much. My family would have liked a little more sauce, so next time I am going to add a little more tomato sauce and cut back on the blue cheese. Over-all a surprising twist on lasagna.

The buffalo chicken is a great meal to make for your family. Me and my family really enjoyed cooking and eating the buffalo chicken. I really think you should try to make this a family deal with everyone helping especially when you are gone for a few day out the week like me. It gives you family time to talk, laugh and caught up with one another.

Wonderful change from traditional lasagna. Great combination of buffalo wings and lasagna.
