I love it! I cook the bacon the day before for clean up purposes. The macaroni and cheese is you creamy and is worth the prep time!

Oh my god this is AMAZING!
Though I did make one or two changes.
First, I cut the chicken up BEFORE cooking it. That way, you don't need to worry about the breading falling off when you cut it.
The other was that I used a combination of sharp cheddar and smoked cheese instead of the white cheddar.

We LOVE this. Everyone we make it for LOVES it. however to make the chicken tenders from scratch is too much work. so instead we buy pre-made chicken strips and it is easier and a little more tasty because you don't get the grease taste from making the chicken.

im planning on making this recipe tonight, but before i comment on how it turns out i just wanna say stfu to all the ppl on here whining and complaining about the food network judges. this isn't the place, find a blog or a chat, i don't care about your opinions on tv personalities , only about how the recipe turned out and if any, adjustments to make !

Yum Yum Yum! This was a huge hit with my family! I made a few changes for us, like using skinless chicken breast and left off the breading on the chicken (but still tossed in sauce, used 2% milk, and omitted blue cheese. But kept everything else the same, and it was still so good. This is a definite keeper!

I made this for a group and everyone loved it. My sister's boyfriend told me jokingly a week later that he had a dream about it. I followed the recipe exactly except I cooked an onion along with the garlic and I didn't use the blue cheese because I don't like it. This recipe is a must try!

I can't say enough good things about this recipe, as I see many of the users couldn't either. I did notice some people mentioning how high the fat and calorie content was. Hellooooo, it's macaroni and cheese, with even more cheese, and fried chicken! Hence the deliciousness of it all!
I made a similar recipe on here, but this one tops it by far. The cripsiness of the fried chicken drenched in hot sauce, the bleu cheese which adds an almost smokey flavor, the cheese sauce in general, it was just incredible.
I made an entire casserole and my boyfriend and I devoured it in 24 hours. We redeemed ourselves by eating only green stuff for the next few days, but it was OH so worth it.
The recipe itself will keep you busy, it does require some work... but so fun knowing what the outcome will be! Mouthfuls of creamy, smokey, spicy, cheesy deliciousness!

    MAKE THIS RECIPE!!!

I've made this twice now and both times everyone LOVED it. The first time I fried my own chicken and it turned out good, but to save time the second time I just used frozen popcorn chicken and that worked very well, I just left them frozen and coated them with sauce before I added them to the top. I'm constantly getting asked to make this again.
