    Changed out the white cheddar for regular yellow sharp, Also cubed the meat for a more even distribution in the mac n cheese.

    Great base recipe that any cook can doctor up and change.

    Everyone loved it. I wouldn't change a thing. Very rich, not something you'd
    have everyday but when you want comfort food this does the trick.

    Since this recipe aired, I cant stop thinking about it! I literally have been tossing & turning to make time to cook this meal.I enjoy & love to cook so as you can imagine my excitement when I saw the ingredients. It is an awesome twist to comfort foods. I haven't even made it yet but I know it is a delicious recipe! I am going to make it tomorrow, finally!

    This was a delicious comfort food with a kick. It's impossible to make this dish *healthy* but I made it slightly less artery-clogging by 1 Omit bacon, 2 Use lowfat milk 3 grill the chicken before applying sauce, don't fry. Still came out amazing, creamy and delicious!!
