Delicious!!! This dressing was the perfect blend of tangy and creamy. I used a half teaspoon of garlic granules instead of fresh, and it was amazing. I used it on salads, as a dipping sauce, and I plan on making more!!!

GREAT and super easy recipe! My husband as well as guests were floored that I made the dressing myself. We eat salad with dinner every night, so I made a triple recipe and that lasted about a week for the two of us. I took note on the garlic being quite strong, so I used six cloves for the tripled recipe. Worked perfectly! We are garlic lovers and even six cloves in a single recipe would've been overpowering for us.

My family loves Caersar salad. This was a straight forward dressing recipe that was a hit. I added anychovies in the dressing and also as a garnish. I will use this recipe again.

This recipe is very good! I didn't have any Caesar dressing at home so whipped this up and actually doubled the recipe. Next time I'll use a little less olive oil - but it was nice & light :

I didn't have any store bought caesar on hand and tried this one. I loved that I had all things on hand and it was so yummy!! Thank you food network!

How can you make a real Caesar dressing with already made mayo!? To let the food network even post this is awful!!! If you're so worried about using real egg then you shouldn't be making a Caesar dressing at all. Eggs these days are so pasteurized ,do you even know the real chances of catching something from a raw eggs! Slim!
My boyfriend made this recipe and it broke. I fixed it by using a real egg yolk, and added some other ingredients that are not in it that should be.

This recipe makes my expectations of the food network even more further down than they were before.
Food Network.... please go back to the old days where you made everything by scratch.

Although I see that some other reviewers thought it was too garlicky, I thought this element made this dressing spectacular. My husband and I thought this was the best caesar salad we've ever had! My 10 year old daughter also loved it. I added three anchovies when blending it (omitting the salt and used just a tad less olive oil. I also added some sliced anchovies at the end. May not be exactly classic, but that's fine with me because I thought it was better!! This is a great dressing for garlic lovers.

I liked this one a lot, it tasted very nice. I subbed Worcestershire sauce for the anchovy and I added a bit of Parmesan cheese. Loved it! It *was* a bit salty but that was probably my own fault. Good dressing!

I tried this Caesar dressing with some skepticism, but was very pleasantly surprised. The texture and flavor are quite good. I prefer to double the garlic and add some dijon mustard to the mix and found it even better. But hats off to this healthy classic. I even posted it on my healthy cooking blog to share with friends . . . see more here kirstenpetra.blogspot.com
